1. After you obtain a Neverland Online Novice Pack key from Giveawaygamer, visit the exchange center: http://neverland.hithere.com/html/33/42/463.htm

2. Input your account username, password, and novice pack key. Make sure that you have entered the correct data and click "Submit ".

3. If the information you input is valid, there will be a notice to inform you that the exchange was successful.

4. Log in to the game and talk to "Uncle Gift" in Moon Town (28,13) or in Prosper Square (35,65) to claim your Novice Pack (choose the “Event reward”).
